Additional amenities on this level include a snug with a Freeview TV, a utility room with a washing machine, and a twin bedroom. There are two shower rooms, one with a toilet and another with just a shower cubicle, along with a separate toilet for convenience.

On the first floor, guests will find five additional bedrooms, including a king-size room with Freeview TV, two double rooms, and two twin rooms, accommodating various sleeping arrangements.
