The Albatross is an expansive detached vacation home located in the picturesque Woolacombe, Devon, in the South West of England. This luxurious property accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring four well-appointed bedrooms, including one with an en-suite shower room. Ideal for family gatherings, the home is equipped with modern amenities and offers stunning sea views, along with a hot tub, sauna, and ice tub for relaxation. The property is conveniently situated less than a mile from local beaches and amenities, making it an attractive choice for beachgoers and surfers alike.

Inside, The Albatross boasts a spacious layout with a living room, family room, kitchen/diner, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a mix of sleeping arrangements, including a double bed, a king bed, and six single beds, which can be configured as needed. The home is designed for family parties and is not suitable for more than eight adults, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Essential conveniences such as gas central heating, a woodburner, and an open fire add to the cozy ambiance of the property.

The outdoor space enhances the experience with an upper deck that features a dining area and a swing seat, all overlooking the sea. Guests can enjoy the fully-glass screened sundeck, which includes ample seating, a traditional hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge pool, along with standing and foot showers for added convenience. Parking is available for three to four cars at the top of the sloping driveway, providing easy access to the property.

While The Albatross welcomes up to two pets, it maintains a strict no smoking policy and is not suitable for stag or hen parties. Families with infants will find additional amenities such as a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate readily available. A 4 PM arrival time is set for guests, with all necessary travel and key collection instructions provided upon full payment.
