Parkgate is an appealing mid-terrace, Lakeland stone cottage located in the heart of Windermere, Cumbria, accommodating up to ten guests across its five well-appointed bedrooms. The cottage spans four floors, featuring a luxurious second-floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite Jacuzzi bath, another king-size double with a freestanding bath, two twin bedrooms, and an adult bunk room. The inviting kitchen includes a dining area, while the cozy sitting room is equipped with a woodburner, complemented by an additional sitting room on the lower ground floor. Outside, guests can enjoy roadside parking for two cars and an enclosed patio furnished for relaxation.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and two televisions with Freeview. WiFi is available, and while the power is included in the rental, guests are advised to bring their own fuel for the woodburner. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a travel cot and highchair for families. Parkgate is pet-friendly, allowing two well-behaved dogs, and is conveniently situated just a minute’s walk from a shop and three minutes from a pub.
