The interior of Laylands is thoughtfully curated across three floors, starting with a large barn-style kitchen equipped with a range cooker and ample workspace, alongside a dining area that comfortably seats ten. A mezzanine family sitting area provides a cozy space for relaxation, complete with a television and Chesterfield sofa. The ground floor also includes a light-filled sitting room featuring an inglenook fireplace with a wood-burning stove, as well as a snug area with an electric wood-burning stove effect fire, additional seating, and games for children.

On the first floor, guests will find two principal bedrooms, one with a contemporary king-size sleigh bed and an en-suite bathroom that includes a Victorian-style bath and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a super-king-size bed with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a bath and shower. The second floor houses two additional bedrooms, both with twin single beds that can be converted into super-king beds upon request, sharing a walk-in shower room. This layout ensures plenty of space and comfort for all guests.

Outside, the property boasts an enclosed south-facing rear garden with a lovely terrace perfect for al fresco dining, surrounded by mature fruit trees and a lawn area ideal for sunbathing on warm summer evenings. With off-street parking available for four cars, Laylands is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Wells harbour and a fifteen-minute stroll through picturesque pine woods to the famous white sand dunes and colorful beach huts of Wells beach, making it an exceptional destination for a memorable getaway.
