The main entrance of Hills Court is through a large glass porch that offers storage for shoes and coats. Inside, the property boasts a modern kitchen diner equipped with underfloor heating, high ceilings, and Velux windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional space for four more at a fold-up table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living area adorned with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, featuring a large HD television with sound bar, access to streaming services, and entertainment options like a table football table and a piano, making it perfect for family gatherings.
The outdoor space at Hills Court is equally impressive, with a large patio area for dining and relaxation, a raised decking section, and a generous lawn. The hot tub, situated on the patio, can be prepared for guests upon request. Inside, the first floor contains two well-appointed bedrooms: a master suite with an ensuite shower and a family room that accommodates three guests. Both rooms offer scenic views of the garden and the coastline. A spacious family bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower is also located on this level, ensuring ample facilities for all visitors.
Access to the upper levels of the house is provided by a staircase leading to a converted attic space, featuring oak beams and Velux windows that offer stunning views. This floor includes a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another smaller double room. While linen is provided for guests, they are reminded to bring their own towels.
