Echo Beach is a spacious and inviting holiday property located in Filey, North Yorkshire, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. This impressive residence features four bedrooms, including a convenient downstairs bedroom with an ensuite shower room, making it suitable for families or groups. The property boasts a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, open fire, and pet-friendly accommodations, allowing guests to bring along their furry companions. Recently photographed in April 2023 after a full redecoration, Echo Beach is scheduled for further refurbishment in the winter, with new photos to be released in preparation for bookings starting January 2024.
Upon entering Echo Beach, guests are welcomed into a spacious hallway that includes cloaks storage. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area that comfortably seats 10 people. The adjoining lounge area is designed for relaxation, complete with a log burner and bifold doors that open onto a large patio, providing seamless access to the outdoor space where children can play. The layout encourages socializing and family gatherings, enhancing the overall experience of the stay.
Upstairs, the master suite is a highlight, featuring a king-size bed, an ensuite shower room, and a private seating area with bifold doors that lead to a balcony offering views of the play area and North York Moors. Two additional bedrooms cater to various sleeping arrangements, including one with four single beds (two of which are bunks) and another with two single beds that can be zipped together to form a king. A large family bathroom with a rainfall shower services these bedrooms, ensuring comfort for all guests.
As part of The Bay Holiday Village, Echo Beach provides direct beach access and unlimited use of amenities such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. While some services, like food and drink and certain activities, may incur additional charges, the property includes essential comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi, bedding, and towels for each guest. The surrounding area offers natural beauty with attractions like Bempton Cliffs and North York Moors National Park, as well as family-friendly activities, making it an ideal destination for a memorable getaway.
