The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. The first bedroom on this level boasts a luxurious four-poster double bed and a sloping ceiling, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower over a bath and a toilet, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests.

On the first floor, guests will find three additional bedrooms, including another four-poster double bed and two rooms with various bed configurations to accommodate families or groups. This holiday cottage is part of a large Victorian farmhouse set on 17 acres of working farmland, accessed via a steep country lane. The owners live in the other half of the farmhouse and are known for their warm hospitality. Guests can explore the stunning North Devon coast, with Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks nearby, as well as sandy beaches within a 20-mile radius. For recreational activities, Chittlehamholt offers squash, tennis, and golf. Visitors can also enjoy the local offerings in Ilfracombe, which features a charming harbour and beach, or head to Barnstaple for a variety of pubs, shops, and restaurants. A pub is conveniently located just a quarter of a mile away, making this cottage an ideal base for relaxation and adventure.
