The property boasts panoramic sea views, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy a coastal getaway. During peak season, bookings are available on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday, with check-in after 4 PM and check-out before 10 AM. Short breaks are also offered during the off-season, providing flexibility for potential visitors.

Each bedroom in the house offers stunning sea views, enhancing the overall experience of staying by the coast. The upstairs features a large bedroom with a king-size double bed and a newly installed en suite shower, providing both comfort and luxury. Adjacent to this room is a twin bedroom with an additional truckle bed, also enjoying sea vistas. The third upstairs bedroom is designed with a modern four-poster double bed, while the downstairs family bedroom is spacious, featuring both a double and single bed along with a panoramic window that showcases lovely views of the beach and sea.

Upon entering the beach house, guests are greeted by a wide hallway that offers ample space for coats and beach gear, complemented by shoe storage. The hallway leads to a generous kitchen and dining area, which is well-equipped with plenty of cupboards and workspace. The dining table comfortably seats eight and provides a delightful view of the beach, making it a perfect spot for enjoying meals and sharing memories. The kitchen and dining area’s inviting atmosphere is a favorite among guests, who often reminisce about their time spent together in this communal space.

The expansive lounge area features dual aspect views of the beach and sea, creating a serene environment for relaxation. It includes a new wood burner, with complimentary logs provided from September to the end of May, ensuring warmth during cooler months. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, including two large sofas and several armchairs, making it an ideal gathering space. Additionally, a private patio with seating and a garden area offers outdoor relaxation opportunities, complete with a BBQ and elevated patio that boasts breathtaking views. This vacation home, located in the rural area of Ilfracombe, is close to cultural highlights and various attractions, including family-friendly activities such as wildlife parks and adventurous water sports.
