The first floor includes a spacious and inviting sitting room equipped with a television and a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining room, which comfortably seats ten, opens onto a charming balcony that overlooks the garden and sea, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings.
