Bookings for the cottage are typically from Friday to Friday between April and October, with flexible arrangements available during other times of the year. The cancellation policy is structured to offer partial refunds based on the timing of the cancellation; guests can receive up to a 75% refund if they cancel more than eight weeks in advance, while cancellations less than eight weeks prior to arrival may not yield a refund unless the property can be rebooked. In the event of a cancellation due to government guidelines related to Covid-19, a full refund will be granted.
