Upon entering, guests will find a convenient boot room for storing outdoor gear, leading into an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher, complemented by a handcrafted dining table that comfortably seats two. The living area features cozy furnishings, including a two-seater sofa and a window seat, perfect for enjoying the treetop views or curling up with a good book. A small set of steps leads to the inviting king-size bedroom, which boasts an en-suite bathroom and luxurious linens.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small decked area with a bistro set for alfresco dining, while the extensive gardens offer ample opportunities for leisurely strolls, picnics, or relaxation. The property has specific house rules, including no smoking or pets allowed, and is not suitable for children. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon booking, with a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 to maintain property standards.
