The apartment itself is a recent conversion, completed to a high standard, featuring a private side entrance and double patio doors that lead to a partially covered outdoor seating area. Inside, guests will find a spacious lounge, a bedroom separated by a half-height wall with blackout blinds, a dressing room, and a fully equipped kitchen diner. The large shower room adds to the apartment's comfort, while parking is available directly outside on a private, resurfaced drive. The layout is designed for ease of access, with minimal raised thresholds and no stairs, making it suitable for a variety of guests, though pets are not permitted.

For climate control, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Duux electric radiators, along with an electric log burner available from November to March for added warmth.
