Norton Cottage is a lovely, self-contained annexe able to comfortably accommodate up to four guests over its two floors, and provides a great location for couples or a small family to stay when looking to explore the Sussex area.

The property forms a small part of the whole house with the owners living next door in the main home. The cottage has two bedrooms, a ground floor double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, perfect for those less able bodied, whilst upstairs there is a spacious twin bedroom with a further separate shower room.

This delightful holiday home can be found in the pretty little hamlet of Norton, situated within a short drive of Barnham village. Offering a selection of shops and facilities, the village is just 3 miles away and includes a mainline train station with direct services to London and destinations along the south coast.

The cathedral city of Chichester is around 5 miles to the west along the A27, and provides comprehensive amenities arranged partly within the old Roman walls and central pedestrianised area. The arts are well-catered for as Chichester is home to the internationally renowned Festival Theatre, the Minerva Theatre and Pallant House Gallery. Other high profile attractions include ’Glorious Goodwood’ with its race course, and for car enthusiasts the annual Festival of Speed and the Revival meeting can be enjoyed at its historic motor circuit. The renowned Cowdray House and Polo Club are also nearby, as well as Petworth House, Arundel Castle, Fishbourne Roman Palace and the Weald and Downland Living Museum.

To the north also lies the rich and varied countryside of the South Downs National Park, with its many miles of bridle and footpaths, pretty rural villages and traditional country pubs to discover. Beach 6¾ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
