Located in the Manor Park complex, Tiny's Place is a very comfortable caravan of excellent quality, located within a few minute’s walk from the leisure facilities at the park. Convenient off-road parking for two cars is available and visitors’ passes are available at an additional charge to allow entry into the club’s facilities. Garden furniture with coffee table is also provided for the decking area. There is gas radiator central heating in all rooms and the caravan is mostly carpeted throughout. The caravan is very well furnished throughout, double glazed and offers quality accommodation comprising; Steps from veranda into small open hall, leading into open plan ‘L’-shaped lounge, feature gas fire, ample soft seating and dining area. The sofa converts into a double bed. Kitchen area. Two bedrooms perfectly designed to cater for storage and clothing, one with a double bed and the other with 2’6” twins. The double has it’s own en-suite washbasin and WC plus there is also a family shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Parking; 2 Car spaces beside the caravan Garden; Decking area with outdoor furniture. Entertainment passes; Entertainment passes can be purchased at the Parks Reception - please note there may be limited facilities available on site or you may have to book due to Covid 19. A £100 refundable breakage deposit is payable with the balance. £30 per pet per week. £25 Booking fee. Wi- Fi is chargeable arranged on site. GUEST REVIEWS; 23.10 - 30.10 C, C, J & Rocky.
