Set close to Pitlochry with golf course, shops, restaurants and distilleries the ideal base to explore the Cairngorms National park with walking and cycling opportunities. Head slightly further afield to the city of Perth. Explore castles and palaces, get a bite to eat at one of the restaurants, visit a museum or enjoy some retail therapy. Stepping inside this small, quirky and cosy property, with a real penchant to whisky, you will find yourself in the lounge/diner. The lounge area is the perfect space to relax after a long day exploring the area, with comfy seating, which can also be a large sofa bed, set in front of the Smart TV and warming wood burner. Also, on the ground floor is some storage space for your clothes so you can unpack and settle in. Heading up the ladder to the first floor mezzanine level, you will find the super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) to enjoy a good night s sleep. Heading back outside and across the private yard, you will find the stylish kitchen and wet room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, combi microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment, perfect to prepare a romantic meal, also with breakfast stools to enjoy a morning coffee or the resulting meal. Completing the accommodation is the wet room with shower and WC. Venturing outside there is a private sheltered outdoor patio with woodfired hot tub and garden furniture so you can enjoy your morning coffee. You can also enjoy dining alfresco with picnic bench a charcoal BBQ, and a chimnea for those cooler evenings. There is off road parking for one car.
