This property has its own character with private gardens and views across the countryside. Located in an excellent part of Lancashire just a stone s throw from the coast and with easy access to Blackpool, Lancaster, the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Morecombe Bay. Within easy reach of the cosmopolitan cities of Manchester and Liverpool which are rich in culture with their vibrant shopping districts, restaurants and cafe culture. Lancashire s iconic seaside town of Blackpool, with its miles of sandy beach, amusements and pleasure beach with rides to suit all the family, is one of the many attractions that will tempt you during your visit. Farm activities: guests are welcome to explore the grounds and see the animals which include cows, sheep, pigs, horses, goats and hens. Play facilities: shared outdoor children s play area and lawned area. Amenities: ample off road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, under floor heating and Wi Fi included, this can be intermittent at times. 3 dogs welcome. Location: shop within walking distance, pub within 1 mile and beach within 1.5 miles. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: On first floor: 2 doubles both with en suite shower and WC, and 2 twins. Bathroom: with roll top bath and separate shower and WC. On ground floor: 1 twin. Bathroom: Wet room and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen/lounge/diner: with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: private patio and lawned area with BBQ and seating.
