Walks straight from your door and a fantastic restored railway just along the road now an enchanting gallery and tearooms. Lots of pubs from walking distance to three miles away. Stunning scenery in every direction and marvellous towns to visit such as Hay on Wye, Builth Wells, where the Royal Welsh show is held annually and the cathedral town of Brecon. For the keen angler salmon fishing is on offer locally too. With the Brecon Beacons, the Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean all nearby, this is a super location to enjoy some of the UK s best landscapes. Enter into the spacious kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area with farmhouse table and chairs has patio doors leading out to the terrace and hot tub. The cosy lounge with leather sofa and wood burner effect electric fire has Freeview TV and DVD, with books and games for the family to enjoy. Up the stairs from the kitchen there are three good sized bedrooms, all leading from the central landing. The master double has an en suite shower and WC and an excellent balcony area with far reaching views of the valley and river, perfect for an early morning breakfast. There is a second double bedroom and a single bedroom with a small double bed, so could sleep 2 small children. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is your own private patio area around the property with private 7 seater hot tub, patio furniture, charcoal BBQ and parking for two cars. Farmland surrounding and the owner s farmhouse. There is storage by arrangement with the owner for bikes and canoes.
