Enter the charming property from the front garden into the hallway and through to the beautiful light and bright lounge with TV/DVD and wood burner perfect for cosy nights in after a day out exploring the wonderful local area. Leading back through the hallway you are met with the snug with TV/DVD Xbox with a selection of games and comfy double sofa bed. A separate WC is located next door to the snug. At the end of the hall you will find the spacious dining room with wood burner and large table perfect for family gatherings. Finally the king-size bedroom with additional bunk beds is perfect for a family or a group of friends and has access to the Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with WC. Venture outside to the mature spacious garden with fire pit and seating areas perfect for al fresco dining or to enjoy a nice glass of wine a good ale or a wee dram of local whisky. Ample off-road parking is available directly next to the house.
