If you want to venture further afield you re ideally placed head north into the Lincolnshire Wolds or head south to The Fens. If you want to blow away the cobwebs Skegness and the bracing North Sea coast is a drive away and the historic city of Lincoln is just 19 miles west. Approached via its own entrance and up a flight of stairs you reach the entrance to the kitchen with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher this space provides everything you need to rustle up a good meal that s if the many close by eateries don t tempt you. The open-plan lounge/diner is ideal for relaxing with comfy sofas surrounding the TV with big windows letting the light flood in an electric flame fire. Overlooking the popular High sSreet. The dining area has a funky retro dining table for you to enjoy a family meal. The high ceilings and big windows create a light and airy space to relax in after a day exploring the area. Along the corridor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath shower and WC there is also a further bathroom with shower over the bath and WC on this floor. Up the stairs to the second floor is a further double bedroom with attached dressing room a convenient space for leaving bags and suitcases. Lastly there is a small snug room ideal for reading a book or listening to music. Outside there is a small enclosed courtyard with seating available to enjoy the summer sun. Due to the town centre location there isn t any allocated parking but plenty of parking is located nearby in local car parks.
