This cottage is located on a working farm in the heart of Bilsdale, with some of the region s most impressive scenery right on the doorstep. There are some stunning walks close to the property making it a great choice for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits. The Cleveland Way National Trail and Wainwright's famous Coast to Coast walk are both close by. For those looking for more restful activities, the area is home to a range of interesting sights and attractions including the market town of Helmsley with its array of independent shops and renowned delicatessens. Rievaulx Abbey, Mount Grace Priory, Duncombe Park, Castle Howard and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway are a short drive away. Explore the beautiful North Yorkshire Coast including Whitby and Robin Hood Bay. Venture through the back door into the utility room with washing machine and freezer. It is the perfect place to kick off your boots, hang up your coats your holiday has begun. Take the doorway up two steps to the left which opens directly into the charming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with gorgeous pine beams. A well equipped kitchen for all the budding chefs with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A lovely large dining table which is a great place to sit and enjoy good food and conversation together. Relax on the sofa, cosy up and watch a favourite film, dvd or play a board game. The patio doors lead out onto the paved outside space. Off the open plan area you will find the ground floor king size bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Venture up the pine staircase where you will find a pretty double bedroom, also on this floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside to the rear of the property where you will find an enclosed large patio with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful landscape and al fresco dining. There is ample off road parking for three cars.
