Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and wooden floor.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed, single bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements), beams and sloping ceiling.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and sloping ceiling.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, shower seat and toilet.. Oil central heating (underfloor on ground floor) and electricity (€30 per week October-March), bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. 1-acre landscaped grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A wonderful converted coach house which overlooks the surrounding mature woodlands and river, nestled on the same site as the owners’ home, on the outskirts of Ennistymon in County Clare. The Coach House is comfortably furnished throughout and this property makes an excellent base for friends and family to come and explore County Clare. Set over two floors, as you enter The Coach House you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, perfect for getting everyone together, and with enough space for everyone at the table to gather to discuss the day’s experiences. There is a cosy living room with a wood burner, excellent for warming your toes after a day of sightseeing. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds.
This is a superb location to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings or dine al fresco in the large garden. Just a short walk down the road is Ennistymon where you will find an array of shops, restaurants and pubs with good local Irish music being played, as well as superb scenery to enjoy. If you wish to venture a little further afield there is plenty to explore along the Wild Atlantic Way. There is fishing available in the river nearby. Beach 2 miles. Shop 200 yards, pub 400 yards and restaurant 500 yards.. Approximate distance to Shannon airport is 50 km.
