For the more active, there are miles of walking/cycling routes in the area, be it road, beach or mountains. Bike hire and horse trekking are also available locally. Fishing enthusiasts are spoilt, with rivers, lakes and sea fishing all available in the area. There are numerous water sports nearby, including swimming, canoeing, wind surfing and diving.
