In a secluded, private and peaceful setting and surrounded by large mature grounds, this detached single storey holiday home is in a superb location just a couple of minutes’ drive from Rosslare harbour, reputedly the sunniest spot in the whole of Ireland and well deserving of its title ’Jewel of the sunny south east’! The unspoilt golden sands of St Helen’s Bay with adjacent golf course are a leisurely 30-minute stroll away, and the delightful little seaside town of Rosslare Strand, with its stunning award-winning beach, cosy pubs, cafes and restaurants, just a 10 minute drive. Historic Wexford town is well worth the 15 minutes’ drive, and day trips to Dublin are easily made without taking the car via the Rosslare Europort to Dublin train. Visit the Wexford Wildfowl Reserve, Irish Agricultural Museum, Johnstown Castle or one of south Wexford’s picturesque fishing villages such as the thatched village of Kilmore Quay, all within a short drive from this wonderful holiday base. Beach 1 mile. Shop 1.75 miles, pub and restaurant 500 yards.. Approximate distance to Cork Airport is 137 km.
