Living room: With wood burner, 47" Sky TV (Movies and Sports package), Blu-ray player, wooden floor and French doors leading to patio.
Sitting room.
Kitchen/dining room: Farmhouse style with oil Rayburn, double electric oven, electric hob, steam oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 30" Freesat TV and tiled floor.
Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and bunk bed.
Separate toilet.. First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed, 42" Freesat TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: With super kingsize bed and Freesat TV.
Bedroom 4: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and Freesat TV.

Bedroom 5: With double bed, 2ft 6in bunk bed (for children) and Freesat TV.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating and oil (Nov-May), electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder at £5 per basket. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 5 (private). 3 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond, an unfenced 3ft drop from the patio, and steps in the garden. The property has a natural water supply from a borehole. The famous walled town of Tenby is the perfect day out, along with Oakwood, Wales’ largest theme park or even the Gower Peninsula with its stunning beaches. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
