Wey Cottage is a cute terraced cottage just 2 minutes’ walk from Brewers Quay and the harbour in Weymouth. This surprisingly spacious cottage offers an open-plan living room where you can relax together and plan your holiday adventures, whilst the kitchen/breakfast room is the perfect place to cook a tasty meal and play games at the table. There is bright and spacious downstairs shower room. Upstairs are three cottage-style bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a day of seaside adventures. To the rear of the cottage is an enclosed courtyard garden where you can relax with a nice glass of wine and catch the evening sun. The local shop, where you can find your daily paper, ice cream’s and other holiday essentials is just a two-minute walk from Wey Cottage, where you will also find, cafes restaurants and the beautiful old Harbour. A further 10-minute walk will see you in Weymouth town centre or beach as they sit side-by-side. The beach offers golden sands and shallow waters and is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional day at the seaside, with donkey rides and bucket and spades. Don’t forget to sample fish and chips on the seafront as you wander the esplanade. Want to venture further afield? Weymouth is centrally located for exploring much of the Jurassic Coast with the Isle of Portland just a 15-minute drive to the West, and Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites, just a 30-minute drive to the East. Wey Cottage offers all you need for a much-deserved holiday break, so park up the car and enjoy a wonderful time by the sea.
