The detached property is located in a quiet lane about two miles from the village of Burton Bradstock. There is a well-equipped kitchen/diner on the ground floor which leads into a cosy cottage style sitting room/diner with a inglenook fireplace complete with wood burning stove (available during winter months) for you to build a fire to provide a warm glowing welcome on your return from bracing winters day walk. There is also a ground floor bedroom and a shower room. On the first floor there are a further 4 bedrooms. Sit and unwind in the enclosed lawned garden and patio area on a summer’s day enjoying a drink in the sunshine. Worth discovering with its tiny thatched cottages, colourful gardens, quaint tea rooms and local village pubs Burton Bradstock is a village steeped with tales of history. Offering free range eggs, fresh milk and delicious cream and honey is the local farm, which lies about a quarter of a mile away from the cottage. For those who love the countryside the surrounding area gives you the luxury of enjoying rabbits, deer and pheasants wallow in their natural habitat. Walkers and Ramblers alike have the opportunity to discover the country lanes and the magnificent World Heritage Status Dorset coastal path, part of which stretches from Portland to Lyme Regis. Little Berwick is the perfect cottage from which to discover Dorset.
