Detached house in the village of Aberdaron on the Wales Coast Path. Beautiful coastal setting and scenic views, three minutes walk from cafes, pubs, shops and pristine mile long, Blue Flag beach. The house itself has a quirky exterior shape and is in a elevated location. You enter via a spacious hallway, where you can kick off your shoes and coats, and enter into the large open-plan living room with floor to ceiling window and a comfy sofas facing a large TV. Pour yourselves a refreshing beverage and relax among the countryside setting as the glow from the fire warms your feet.The living room opens on to a conservatory with views across the village and sea, which houses extra seating. Enter into the kitchen, with its black worktops and grey tiling, showcasing a lovely set of fitted units. It is ideal for both light and heavy cooking, which can be enjoyed around the dining table with extra seating at the breakfast bar, big enough for the whole family. There are two bedrooms found on the ground floor, one king-size with an en-suite shower room and one double. The main bathroom and games room are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs has the remaining two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have a light decor with a minimalist design, and ample storage space. Off-road parking is available for 3 cars. Leading outside swing and slide patio doors can be fully opened to a decked area, as well as a lawned garden, perfect for sitting out in the sun. Aberdaron is conveniently located near many tourist attractions; nearby is Bardsey Island, Porthor and the Whistling Sands Walk which is perfect for the whole family with scenic views and walking opportunities. Paham is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Aberdaron’s finest sights.
