The property is ideally situated for exploring all the Scottish Highlands and West Coast of Scotland has to offer. With great access to Fort William and Oban by car, bicycle or foot as the Sustrans Fort William to Oban cycle path runs directly adjacent to the property. It's enclosed, private garden is a safe place for children and pets to enjoy!

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Due to the age of the property the stair case to the bedrooms is narrow and steep, with small steps. This may not be suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.

Cosy living room with breath taking loch and mountain views includes a log burner (logs not included) 3 seater sofa and two comfortable chairs, large TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Wifi available. Dining area which seats 6. Well equipped kitchen includes Halogen hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer box. Spacious ground floor Family Bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Ground floor shower room and W/C an added bonus.

Two comfortable bedrooms, one kingsize and one twin, with two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, guests must request extra bedding if they plan to use the sofa bed. Travel cot available.

Oil-fired central heating and hot water throughout with the bonus of the log burner for extra warmth in the winter months. Logs & kindling are not included, they can be purchased from the garage in Glencoe.

Located in Appin, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Loch Leven and Highland Titles Nature Reserve, while Glencoe Folk Museum and West Highland Museum are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider Ardchattan Priory Garden, or check out an event or a game at Atlantis Leisure. Take in the nearby slopes with skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
