There are 3 bedrooms here, the master with a king size bed and en suite shower, WC and basin on the lower ground floor, also a twin with zip and link beds on the lower ground floor with both these bedrooms benefiting from direct access out onto the lawned garden. The third bedroom is on the second floor with zip and link beds and amazing views. The family bathroom is on the lower ground floor and there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor making 3 in total. With a wireless Sonos system, two smart TVs in the living room with netflix and a TV in each bedroom you will sense the luxury throughout. A short walk will take you down into St Ives with a choice of great restaurants and historic old pubs offer something for all tastes. The same distance away several beaches, including the lush, golden stretch of Porthmeor Beach, St Ives’ most premier beach. Popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts alike due to the south-westerly gales it enjoys, this beautiful, Blue Flag destination has lifeguards on duty from Easter to October, is flanked by two, rugged headlands, and boasts magnificent, awe-inspiring views that gaze out upon the brilliant blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
