This spacious detached house is spread over four floors and has been carefully designed to provide comfort in a tasteful, yet relaxed environment. Outside there is a sitting area, hot tub and sauna to ensure your stay is as relaxing and special as possible! The hot tub and sauna can be requested for an additional cost of only £200 for the duration of your stay, that’s less than £10pp based on full group booking of 26. There is also a games room, a double cinema room with surround sound, a games room and a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs.
It is the ideal venue for self-catered family holidays, weddings, Christmas parties, corporate events, church groups and school adventure trips!
The beach house is less than a five-minute stroll from all the local attractions of cosmopolitan Bournemouth including its expansive sandy beach, pier and wide range of bars, shops, eateries, water sports and leisure activities. For those who prefer a quieter beach, the Overcliff Local Nature Reserve is a scenic walk away, and forms part of Bournemouth’s sea cliffs. These cliffs have much geological interest and plenty of flora and fauna, it is designated a Site of Scientific Nature Conservation Interest. The beach below offers a wide expanse of sand and lovely clear sea.
You’ll find lots to do for all ages all year round including Oceanarium, Bournemouth Eye, Compton Acre Gardens, a shopping centre, theatre, various eateries, bars, clubs and bands playing outside in the warmer months.
The beautiful New Forest National Park is within easy driving distance, and other places of interest include Paultons Park, Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park, Adventure Wonderland, Christchurch Priory, Mudeford Quay, Poole Harbour, Highcliffe Castle and the National Trust’s Brownsea Island. Nearby Boscombe Chine Gardens offer a good mix of flower beds, grassy areas and a mixture of deciduous and coniferous trees that grow on steep banks on either side of the Chine. In addition to the wildlife, there is also a water themed play area, crazy golf and a café.
Head to Poole, which boasts being the second largest natural harbour in the world, Sandbanks, a peninsula that is one of the most expensive pieces of land in the UK, and the Purbecks where you can enjoy coastal walks and pretty villages. There is even more places to visit further afield, in particular the unspoilt countryside of Dorset, the famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast, Bridport and Weymouth with its superb scenery and coastal walking. Beach 200 yards. Shop 30 yards, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
