Large 3 bedroom apartment with wrap around terrace & stunning sea views! Surf View is pet friendly (*charges apply), and is minutes away from Woolacombe beach and town centre.

Cooking/Dining/Living
The apartment has a large open plan sitting/dining room with leather sofas and flat screen TV. A sizable dining table comfortably seats 8 people. Across the front elevation of the room there are floor to ceiling glazed windows and sliding patio door. This is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the fantastic views over Woolacombe beach and the sea.

Stairs lead down to the kitchen/breakfast room which has sliding doors that lead out to the side terrace. The kitchen has a gas oven, built in fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher. There is also a small breakfast table, that's seats 4 people.

Sleeping
A large entrance hallway gives access to the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds suitable for 4 people in total. Further down the hallway is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The mezzanine master bedroom is accessed via stairs that lead up from the living area, there is a four poster bed and en-suite shower room.

Bathing
Stunning sea views are enjoyed from this extremely large 3 bedroom apartment, including a master bedroom on mezzanine floor which overlooks the beach. Large wrap around terrace for outside entertaining & parking.

Outside
From the sitting room, steps lead down to the extensive front terrace with wooden table and chairs for 'al-fresco' dining. The large wrap around terrace is south/west facing and is the perfect spot to watch beautiful beach sunsets.

Parking for Surf View is at the rear of the building, where there is one designated space for guests, there is a max vehicle height restriction of 2.4m. The property is situated on the ground floor of the building, with access via 2 flights of stairs or lift down to the front door of the apartment. In the event of a fire or mechanical failure, it would not be possible to use the lift.

Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Parking:There is 1 designated parking space to the rear of the building in the undercover parking area.  Please park in Bay 7 which is marked for 1 Narracott.  Parking for additional cars can be found on The Esplanade (charges may apply). 

There is Automatic Number Plate recognition (“ANPR”) now operating in the car park.  As well as parking in the correct allocated parking space for your apartment, you MUST REGISTER your car registration plate, length of stay and contact number via either

After 2 hours, non-registered cars will be fined, and the fine sent to the registered car owners home address.

Access Details/Key Safe:

12th April - 17th MayThe communal entrance door and corridor must NOT be used to access the apartment under the current COVID-19 legislation.  Anyone found using the communal entrance may be fined and sent home by local council enforcement officers.  We have been able to keep your booking in place by installing a new keysafe which is located on the wall next to the kitchen patio doors.  A new gate has been installed to provide access to the terrace of Surf View, there is a combination padlock on the gate.  The communal corridor and exit must ONLY be used in the event of an emergency as an escape route.

To access the apartment, exit the car park onto Sandy Lane and walk down the road towards Woolacombe.  the gate for Surf View will be found on the left just as the wall starts to rise up from the road.  Enter the code for the padlock (6795) and the keysafe will be found next to the sliding doors which lead into the kitchen.

Please follow the directions below:-

Enter the combination (6795), press down the button and pull the cover down. 

To close the key safe the correct combination must still be in place.  Push the cover closed and scroll the numbers randomly to lock.

Directions From Braunton:Follow the A361 out of Braunton towards Ilfracombe/Woolacombe and continue for approx 5.5 miles to Mullacott Cross roundabout.  Take the second exit towards Woolacombe/Mortehoe and follow this road all the way down to Woolacombe Village.  After passing Byron Bay on the right, turn right into Sandy Lane.  The car park for the Narracott is the first on the right.

Housekeeper Details:If you have any questions or problems regarding equipment or appliances at the property, please contact your Housekeeper in the first instance as they know the property inside out and should be able to talk you through any issues! Please do not contact them prior to your arrival to request an early entrance as this will not be possible during current times.
