Many footpaths lead from the farm and nearby lanes. The properties are set in the heart of Tamara Drewe country with some of the filming from the farm. The popular village of Evershot (Hardy’s Evershed in Tess of the D’Urbervilles) is 2 miles and offers a village pub, bakery, and hotel restaurant. Bridport and Dorchester are all a short drive away and offer individual shops, pubs and tea rooms. The Jurassic coast is 15 miles. Shop 2 miles.
