Situated in the heart of the pretty stone village of Tomintoul, the highest village in the Highlands, and set within the Cairngorm National Park, Glencairn Cottage is a delightful whitewashed stone cottage oozing with charm. Completely refurbished in recent years it is ideal for couples or small families. The lounge has deep leather sofas, a traditional Victorian fireplace with wood burning stove and a modern dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped. There are two attractively presented bedrooms and a bright, modern bathroom. the good sized private garden at the back of the cottage has a large lawn area; ideal for pets, children or a quiet drink after a day’s activities. Set within the Glenlivet highland estate, this area is a walkers and cyclists paradise. An extensive network of way marked trails extending to over 100 miles gives unlimited access for outdoor enthusiasts.
