Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm). No smoking.. This terraced holiday cottage is a great base for exploring Wiltshire and the Cotswolds. It has quick transport links to the centre of Swindon and is only a short distance from attractions such as Avebury Stone Circle, the Ridgeway National Trail and the Cotswlds Water Park. Nearby, Royal Wooton Bassett is a picturesque market town which has retained much of its architectural heritage, and has many pubs, shops and amenities. The Cotswolds town of Malmesbury dates back to the 5th century and is named the ‘queen of the hilltop towns’ due to its location. Stonehenge, Bath, Bristol and Oxford are all within an hour’s drive, and if you are after shopping, then Swindon’s famous designer outlet at the former Great Wester Railway Works. There is a bus stop directly outside the house, providing great public transport links to Swindon town centre and Swindon train station (buses up to every 12 minutes). Shop and restaurant 300 yards, pub 20 yards.
