This ground floor apartment is ideally located close to the sea and only a few hundred yards from shops, cafés and pubs. Guests will be spoilt for choice with walks along the promenade or beach to Tynemouth or Whitley Bay in either direction. Naters Apartment is perfectly located for exploring the whole of Northumberland, Tyneside and Durham. Cullercoats, with its pretty little cafés and bistros, Whitley Bay, and Tynemouth, with its award winning beach, famous for surfers and holidaymakers, and its great Sunday indoor market are all nearby. The Blue Reef Aquarium is less than a mile away and further north there is the beautiful heritage coast where a visit to Alnwick, with its famous castle and cobbled streets should not be missed. Hadrian’s wall is a spectacular World Heritage Site where you will find dramatic countryside and Roman Forts along the way, and where you can also visit the famous tree in ’Sycamore Gap’, featured in ’Robin Hood’. Newcastle is a vibrant city where you can admire the grand historic architecture or wander along the rejuvenated quayside, or perhaps visit the museums and galleries, including the Baltic for the wonderful views. If you wish to enjoy one of the restaurants or bars you can take one of the metro trains and enjoy the city without having the hassle of driving. After a day exploring this fantastic friendly county you will be pleased to return and relax in this welcoming apartment, with sea views from the large bay window in the master bedroom.
