This cottage, which is located on a working farm, is nestled within the rolling hills of The Brecon Beacons National Park with splendid panoramic views of the magnificent scenery that surrounds this area. It’s a walker’s paradise with walks up on to the hills directly from the doorstep. Enjoy some amazing stargazing, the National Park is only the fifth destination in the world to be granted international dark sky reserve status. Outdoor activities are in abundance; rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, kayaking, caving, gorge walking and mountain biking are all available close by. Nearby ’Waterfall Country’ is a delight with beautiful waterfalls, wildlife and two Sites of Special Scientific Interest and a Special Area of Conservation. The award winning Penderyn Distillery is close by and is a popular Welsh tourist attraction. The towns of Brecon, Merthyr Tydfil and Aberdare are all within an easy drive. Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
