Bedroom 2: With 2ft 6" bunk beds and 3ft single bed
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin. All bed linen included. Electricity allowance of £5 each day is included with additional usage by meter.  First supply of fuel for wood burning stove supplied. Cot and high chair available. Internet access available. Lawn area with picnic table and chairs. Parking for 1 car.. Failte is a traditional stone cottage situated in a quiet backwater close to the centre of Grantown-on-Spey, in the heart of Speyside. One of a pair of cottages, it is ideally located for exploring the whole of the HIghlands. The pretty cottage lounge has a superb exposed granite stone wall with inglenook fireplace housing the welcoming wood burning stove. There is a well equipped kitchen and a good sized modern family bathroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor are attractively presented. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom a 3’ divan with small bunk beds, ideal for children. The cottage garden opposite provides an ideal spot for a BBQ or quiet drink whilst planning the next day’s excursion.
For larger groups of friends or family, Failte may also be available to let with the adjoining cottage, Kangei, which sleeps 4/5
