This Scandinavian holiday lodge lies in Kenwick Woods at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, near the Georgian market town of Louth. The woods are part of the grounds of Kenwick Park Estate and are home to Kenwick Park Hotel, the magnificent Kenwick Club Spa and Kenwick Golf Club. Lodge guests have a free membership, with 11am-7pm daily access to the extensive leisure facilities at the Club Spa. These included a large heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi/spa pools, tepidarium, ice room, outdoor heated hypnotherapy pool, a fully equipped gym and an outdoor tennis court. There are several beauty and health spa treatment rooms, and at a cost, guests can indulge in a luxurious pampering experience. As the lodge is situated about half a mile from the hotel and close to the 12th fairway, guests, with an appropriate handicap, wishing to use the private course can apply to do so, and the hotel bar and restaurant are open to non-residents for those wishing to stay ’close to home’ and relax. Perfectly situated for both the countryside and the coast, lodge guests can enjoy excursions to explore the beautiful Wolds, the sandy beaches and resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness, nearby nature reserves and the shopping centre and cathedral city of Lincoln. Other nearby attractions include Cadwell Park Racing Circuit and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Museum at RAF Conningsby. Shops and pubs 2 miles.
