This stone-built cottage in Allerston is set on a working beef farm, and its traditional accommodation includes exposed beams, a woodburner, exposed timbers and a farmhouse table in the spacious kitchen. The bedrooms, 2 family rooms with double and single bed, (1 with en-suite shower, basin, wc), a further family room with three single beds and a single room, can be accessed by the two staircases in the cottage, allowing a good degree of privacy and flexibility. The living room opens onto a games room which has a pool table, darts and a Playstation, making this cottage perfect for groups with younger members to entertain. The lawned garden is small but enclosed, and guests at this cottage also have use of a football pitch, and a pass for one car for Dalby Forest, with wonderful walking and cycling. Note: No large groups under the age of 35- the owner will, however, accept multi-generational family bookings that contain under 35's.
