This lovely cottage has excellent access to walking and cycling routes and is ideal for family and friends to enjoy time together. The cottage offers spacious living accommodation with much of the property retaining its original character. Head upstairs to find three comfortable bedrooms with a large family bathroom downstairs. Also on the ground floor is a cottage style, well-equipped kitchen, together with a sitting room and a dining room, each with a woodburning stove which gives access to a lovely little sun trap conservatory. The cottage offers an excellent base for exploring both Lincolnshire and West Norfolk with easy access to the Wash, a National Nature Reserve, and one of the largest estuaries in the UK, offering an exceptional location for wildlife enthusiasts. There are boat trips available from different points along the coast and the Norfolk Coast Cycleway is nearby. Just a short drive away is Sandringham, the Queen’s country estate, which is well worth a visit. This cottage is an ideal base to explore this lovely part of the country.
