Situated down a rural quiet country lane, at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, it provides an excellent base for walking and cycling. Wragby is a small friendly market town, with several pubs, a cafe and restaurants, while a little further afield is Horncastle, with a wide array of amenities and renowned for its interesting antique shops. Lincolnshire offers numerous RAF heritage opportunities, including a real Lancaster bomber on display at the Heritage Aviation Centre in East Kirkby and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby. The historic city of Lincoln is only a short drive and well worth visiting with its majestic cathedral and castle, perched high on the hill, overlooking the town centre. With the seaside resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe and other enjoyable day trips, this well-placed holiday home has something for everyone.
