Location; Accessed by a forest byway (partly unmade but hard surface) from Furzey Gardens at Minstead in the direction of Stoney Cross & the A31. Easy forest access by a ten minute stroll up the drive to the underpass that the ponies trot through, to explore the plains of Stoney Cross and the ancient woods of Long Beech and Malwood Walk.
Beecroft is also located close to the designated road cycle track network. Take the evening walk to the Sir Walter Tyrrell pub for supper, passing by the Rufus Stone which marks the spot where King William II was fatally wounded with an arrow during a royal hunting outing in the Forest in the year 1100AD.
Eco Friendly Features: Powered solely by solar panels, under floor heating and hot water systems, cooking and electrical appliances. The multi stove is fuelled by logs grown on the property. Own water treatment plant, composting facility for kitchen waste.
