In the centre of the Estate, this attractive cottage was formerly the Butler’s cottage for the now ruined Carmichael mansion house. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, lounge with coal fire and hall. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the smaller bedroom has a double bed providing suitable accommodation for 3/4 people in total. There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower.
