Old Meadows Apartment is a stylish, bijoux apartment located near the upmarket seaside town of Deganwy. In the grounds of one of the finest, period houses in the area this apartment with separate access and full use of the indoor heated pool, is the ideal spot to relax and unwind, have a glass of rose on the balcony or somewhere to simply drop your bags and go off to explore!

The owner of this apartment's exceptional attention to detail is not only found in the tasteful appointment of the soft furnishings and subtle colours throughout but your comfort and happiness is also her priority. Rest assured though that although the apartment is right next door to the main house, the owners value their privacy as much as you value yours. The apartment itself is a comfortable, open plan layout with a compact kitchen, a dining area with seating for four people, and a super comfy sitting area with a 50" flatscreen TV and iPod docking station. The limited space in the double bedroom takes nothing away from the style and charm of this room, a wrought iron bed and careful selection of furniture make it a design success. There is also shower room with basin and loo. The generously sized balcony has a Weber BBQ and seating for four so you can eat al fresco among the fine views of the well kept gardens and distant sea views, the balcony is west facing so you can be sure that you'll get fabulous afternoon sun. The swimming pool is located in the far wing of the house and has a separate entrance, this facility is shared with the owners. There is a large lawn area at the front of the house which the owners have allocated exclusively for guests.

The apartment is located in a leafy suburb and is walking distance to one of the areas best pubs, The Castle View (book early for a table with a view of Conwy Castle!) Minutes in the car and you will find yourself in the foodie hub of North Wales, Deganwy. There is Paysanne restaurant, french cuisine with most welcoming and friendly host you will ever meet, Nikki Ips, a Chinese restaurant , that also has a cocktail and dim sum bar, this is a must for anyone who loves food from the orient. We recommend you check out "Sixth Sense" a fantastic Thai restaurant . You can also eat at Deganwy Quay, location wise I can think of few better places to sit and enjoy a meal watching all the boats pass by. All this on your doorstep!
