When it comes to grabbing a bite to eat why not try the River Cottage HQ, which hosts delectable, themed events and cooking classes, or the popular eateries such as Hix's Fish & Oyster House and Robin Wylde among the many restaurants in Lyme Regis. Continue further along the coast to Seaton, where you can take a tram ride along the River Axe or enjoy a stroll and observe local wildlife and sea birds at the Seaton Wetlands, whilst Beer is also a suggested stop off, a quaint fishing community studded with cafés, restaurants, and art galleries. Round off your break with a visit to Sidmouth's The Donkey Sanctuary or nearby Forde Abbey, before heading back home for sundowners. Enjoy a truly memorable stay at The Stables.
