There is something for everyone to do here with walking, surfing, paddleboarding, cycling, fishing, sailing and swimming all available literally on the doorstep with whale and dolphin watching nearby at Tiumpan Head Lighthouse. Jump in the car for a scenic drive to places such as Callanish Standing Stones, Lews Castle, Butt of Lewis lighthouse and Museum nan Eilean or visit neighbouring islands such as Harris, Benbecula, North and South Uist and Barra. The town of Stornoway is well worth a visit with a fascinating working harbour, beaches nearby and a good selection of shops and eateries. An outstanding family holiday awaits with a stay at Clach Gorm.
