The garden has been beautifully transformed into a real haven, with a children's play area to keep the little ones entertained on a summer’s day, a laid lawn and two patios with seating to catch the sun throughout the day, where you can relax with a morning coffee, alfresco dining and evening drinks. A trip to this part of the UK wouldn't be complete without heading to the UK's first ever safari, Longleat Safari Park where you can see monkeys, lions, tigers and rhinos all from your car window, as well as exploring the grand Longleat House and trying to make it out of the Longleat Hedge Maze, it's a world of fun! Warminster is home to a host of history alongside its many amenities with great restaurants and pubs to visit, as well as Warminster Museum and the Warminster Lakeside Pleasure Grounds with an outdoor paddling area for children, popular in summer! Explore the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a walk or cycle through the stunning countryside, before heading further east over to the magnificent Stonehenge to see the legendary neolithic monument with your own eyes, it's surely not to be missed. A day trip to Salisbury will prove a fascinating one, with Salisbury Cathedral home to the Magna Carta, a huge part of the UK's history, with tower tours offering staggering views across the landscape. In the other direction is the city of Bath, well-known for being a location used in many of Jane Austen's novels and now home to The Jane Austen Centre, dedicating a small museum to the life and times of the writer, take a tourist photo on Pulteney Bridge, explore No.1 Royal Crescent, a Georgian home and heritage museum on the very recognisable crescent, and experience Thermae Bath Spa.
