When leaving the A48 in Carmarthen take the second exit at the roundabout onto the A40, at the next roundabout take the second exit continuing along the A40, after eight and a half miles bear left onto the A4066, take the next right onto the high street, after eight and a half miles turn right onto Dukes Meadow, after 130 yards bear left, continue to follow the road around and you will see The Gatehouse ahead.
