This is very close to the City Centre c 10 mins max. There is an industrial park over the road offering take away and shopping opportunities. Easy to get to being close to the trains station and major road network. 20 mins to Warwick, 30 to Stratford-Upon-Avon. FREE Parking on site, secure access.
