The Space:
Attractive, Spacious & Modern 2-bedroom semi detached property with 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 bathroom off the ground floor, private garden and parking for 1 car in front of the house, with additional guest parking nearby. The property is located in Guardbridge, a 5 minute drive from Leuchars train station, 10 minute drive from St Andrews or 20 minutes by bicycle via the cycle path.
The Neighbourhood:
Guardbridge is a village in the north-east of Fife, on the east coast of Scotland. It is approximately 3 miles north-west of St Andrews, and is situated on the estuary of the River Eden, at the junction of the A91 road between St Andrews and Stirling and the A919/A914 road between Leuchars and the Tay Road Bridge.
Getting Around:
Guardbridge is located a 10 minute drive from St Andrews. Buses run regularly to St Andrews.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including Wi-Fi, the TV and the cooking implements.
Pre Arrival:
When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.
During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.
